All personal data and address details provided by you will not be resold in any manner to the third parties.
II. Information Concerning Personal Data
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter „GDPR”) we inform that:

As a Controller, we have not appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector (IODO) and we fulfil the obligations related to the processing of personal data on our own.
2. Purposes and Basics of Processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to send a newsletter, on the basis of your consent and for the purposes of direct marketing directed to you, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator and Controller – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 (f) of the GDPR. Your data may also be processed in connection with pursuing or defending claims, pursuant to Art. 6 clause 1 (f) of the GDPR. In the newsletter, we inform you about interesting events, new blog posts, new products, services, promotions and other activities that we consider valuable to the Miuform community.
3. Withdrawal of Consent and Objection
You can withdraw your consent at any time, whereas its withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to object to processing of your data based on the legitimate interest of the Controller. The Controller will shall no longer process the personal data for these purposes unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or this data shall be needed by the Controller for the possible establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4. Data Storage Period
Your data will be stored:
- until a consent is given or a request to cease processing of personal data or a request to delete processing of personal data are made by you,
- until you object,
- in the case of data that you provided when subscribing to the newsletter, after unsubscribing from it, your data may still be stored by the Controller for a period of 5 years in the event of any possible claims and defence against them, which is the legitimate interest of the Controller.
5. Data Recipients
The Controller may disclose personal data to the following recipients: service providers that render the services consisting in maintaining the IT system and hosting services, an e-mail service provider, a newsletter service provider.
6. Transfers to Third Countries
With regard to a fact that the Controller uses the services of the outsourced providers of the various services, e.g. Mailchimp, your data may be transferred to the third countries, e.g. to the U.S.A. However, it will be forwarded only to those recipients who joined the so-called Privacy Shield – Policy Shield, which guarantees an adequate protection of personal data.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right of access, receive a copy of the personal data undergoing processing as a data subject, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (if in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process this data, you can request their erasure), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, which however the withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
8. Right to Lodge Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you find that processing of your personal data breaches the provisions of the GDPR.
9. Requirement to Provide Data and Consequences of a Failure to Provide It
Giving personal data is voluntary, but necessary to send you a newsletter. A consequence of a failure to provide personal data will be the inability to send you the newsletter.
Profiling assists in the better personalisation of our offer, which we direct to you. Your data will be processed in an automated manner, which, however, will not have any negative impact on your rights and freedoms. Automation of data will take place on the terms offered by providers of other services. As a consequence of the aforementioned, we will get to know the preferences of the customers visiting our website and directing an interesting content to them.
